World Sober Music Day is a non-profit organization founded to designate one day, each year, to acknowledge and celebrate recovery through music. World Sober Music Day is recognized on the third Saturday of September and the next one will take place on September 15th, 2018.

Our mission is to designate a day in which sober / recovering musicians celebrate recovery through music. We will be hosting the primary event in South Florida, but we are encouraging people all over the world to host an event, no matter how big or small. The goal is to have a day of music and celebration for those in recovery and also to provide an opportunity to anyone struggling with addiction that is unsure on how to ask for help. They can attend a music event, and meet others and hopefully find a path to sobriety.
